We build luxury, high end homes throughout Orlando and Central Florida.How long does it take to build a luxury home?
It varies ... however, typically it takes 8-12 months to build a home from when the permit is issued.Can you help us find a location to build on or do we need to do this first?
Bill Cook is also a licensed Realtor and would be happy to help you find a lot to build your luxury home or tear down an existing home in the Central Florida area you are considering.
Do you design luxury home plans for us based on what we want or do we need to come with our own plans, etc.
Both. We strongly prefer and recommend to be involved in the design phase as that is an extremely important phase in ultimately getting the luxury home you want. We also advise that an Interior Designer be brought into the project early. However, if you already have plans and would like us to bid on building your home we would welcome the opportunity.
